Admissions for the 2018-19 School Year

The admissions process takes place during the year prior to intended entry. The 2018-19 process will begin September 5th, 2017. Children who will be 2 years old (or older) on or before August 31st, 2018 are eligible to apply for the 2018-19 school year.

Our Admissions Process

Application

All admissions applications must be submitted to FPCNS no later than Friday, October 13th, 2017. Applications submitted after October 13th will be placed on a wait list for space in our admissions process.

Lottery

Parents who have submitted applications before the deadline will be entered into an admissions lottery and will be notified of lottery results by the end of October. Parents whose applications are drawn from our lottery will be contacted to schedule a school visit, and an application fee will be requested at that time.

School Visit

School visits for parents take place in November and December.

Play Date Visit

Children visit a classroom for a small-group play-date with one parent in January or February.

Financial Assistance

Financial Assistance for families is available through the FPCNS Scholarship Fund. Financial assistance awards are based on demonstrated need and the availability of funds.
